Job summary

Hallam Truck Centre, a CMV Group member in southeast Melbourne, seeks an experienced Admin Warranty Clerk to join the service team. You will handle cost calculations, billing, warranties, and data accuracy to support Kenworth/DAF dealer operations.

This role focuses on servicing customers, maintaining records, and developing expertise in warranty processes while benefiting from company awards and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Trade qualifications or demonstrated industry / senior administration experience.
• Ability to work autonomously with stakeholders and prioritise tasks.
• Great customer focus and communication skills.
• Exceptional computer literacy and strong organisational skills.
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• A mathematic ability and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Computing costs, maintaining bill of materials and calculating rates for parts and service.
• Compiling data, computing fees and producing accurate invoices in a timely manner.
• Ensuring customer service matters are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
• Maintaining accurate records for all warranty work and repair orders.
• Ensuring warranty / replacement parts are stored per manufacturer / customer requirements.
• Becoming one of the warranty experts for the service department.
