Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care is required.
• Experience supporting young children to learn through play.
• Understanding of child development, EYLF and NQF.

Responsibilities

• My room feels safe when calm routines and thoughtful play are established.
• Support children's curiosity through stories, blocks, art, nature and pretend play.
• Observe and share each child's progress and learning moments.
• Create spaces that invite movement, building, digging, dancing and creativity.
• Maintain warm, professional communication with families.
