Job summary

Access Hardware in Darwin is seeking a motivated Warehouse & Trade Sales team member for a dual-role. You will assist in warehouse operations, support trade sales with product selection and quotes, and help process orders.

Training is provided on onsite products and stock management. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing with a desire to grow into trade sales.
• Customer service or retail experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication and a team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take initiative.
• Interest in hands-on work and learning our products.

We have an exciting full-time, permanent opportunity for a Warehouse & Trade Sales team member in Darwin.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in warehousing with a desire to grow into a trade sales role or
• Some customer service or retail experience (preferred but not essential) with an interest in hands-on work and learning about our products
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take initiative
• Someone who enjoys working closely with colleagues and customers to deliver exceptional service

About the Role:

This is a dual-role position ideal for someone eager to learn and grow. You will:

• Assist in managing warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching products
• Support trade sales by helping customers with product selection, providing quotes & processing orders
• Maintain stock accuracy and ensure timely deliveries
• Multitask in a fast-paced trade business
• Experience in trade or architectural hardware is a plus, but not required – Onsite Training will be provided
