ACR Supply Partners is seeking Warehouse Team Members to support busy warehouses and distribution centres in NSW. This entry-level, full-time role offers ongoing hours with potential permanency for the right candidates. You will operate LO/LF machines, use RF scanners, and work as part of a fast-paced team.

Shifts run Monday to Friday with 7am start options and onsite parking. We value reliability, punctuality and a strong safety mindset to keep operations efficient and accurate.

Qualifications

• LO & LF forklift licence (essential).
• Physically fit and able to handle manual work including repetitive lifting.
• Experience in fast-paced logistics/3PL warehouse is highly regarded.
• Team players who can also work independently; reliable and punctual.
• Strong focus on workplace health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate LO & LF machines and other MHE in a safe manner.
• Receive, unload, load, sort stock in an organised and efficient manner.
• Use RF scanners to process orders and inventory.
• Operate electric pallet jack and move stock as needed.
• Pick, pack and dispatch orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain safety standards and report hazards as required.

About the Roles

We're about to head into our busiest time of year, and as a result we are on the lookout for additional team members to join us. We are looking for experienced LO and LF (High Reach and Order Picker) Drivers and warehouse pick packers/allrounders. If you're a university student on a break and looking for some work we are most definitely interested in hearing from you.

The roles available are 5 days a week, full time hours where you will play a key part in the day-to-day operations of our busy warehouses and distribution centres. These roles will initially be on an ongoing casual basis, however for the right candidates there is opportunity to transition to permanent employment.

We are looking for reliable, punctual and motivated staff with great communication who can work as part of a team, or independently as required. Previous experience in a fast paced high volume warehouse will be highly regarded.

What you'll be doing

• Operate LO & LF machines and other MHE in a safe manner at all times
• Receive, unload, load, sort stock in an organised and efficient manner
• Using RF scanners
• Electric pallet jack operation
• Pick, pack and dispatch orders
• Manual handling - must be physically fit and able to handle repetitive lifting
• Work in a fast paced KPI driven environment
