BlueScope Distribution is seeking a Warehouse Team Member (Day Shift) to join the Gillman, SA team. You will work a full-time schedule five days a week, with day and afternoon shifts available and a 15% shift loading for afternoon hours.

Training is provided and overtime, public holiday pay, and a quarterly bonus are offered. The role includes operating machinery, packing and securing steel products, and carrying out machinery maintenance and cleaning in a safety‑conscious environment.

The Opportunity

BlueScope Distribution is looking for a Warehouse Team Member (Day Shift) to join the warehouse team based in Gillman, SA. BlueScope Distribution is a single‑source provider of product, processing and service solutions in steel and aluminium product. The business supports customers in a variety of industries and works with them to help deliver projects on time and to specification. BlueScope Distribution supports its customers by helping them find the freedom to do what they do best.

You’ll be part of a friendly, supportive team helping keep our warehouse operations running smoothly, making sure our products and solutions are delivered safely and on time. Whether you’ve worked in a trade, retail, manufacturing, or another active role, we’ll give you full training and ongoing support to learn every part of the job; plus opportunities to grow your skills and progress your career.

These full‑time, permanent roles offer a competitive weekly rate (pre‑tax) starting from $1,130.50 (not including loading or allowances), plus superannuation. You’ll also be eligible for overtime, public holiday pay and quarterly bonus. Our operations run 5 days a week, with opportunities across day and afternoon shifts. Afternoon shift attracts a 15% shift loading allowance.

Shift times include:

• Day shift: 6:00am – 2:06pm
• Afternoon shift: 2:00pm – 10:06pm
