Job summary

Nikpol in Brisbane is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate staff, and ensure orders are processed accurately and on time. You will load and unload trucks, pick, pack and dispatch orders, operate forklifts, assist customer pick-ups and maintain a safe, clean workspace.

Strong leadership and communication are essential. This full-time on-site role offers product handling across manufacturing, transport and logistics, with stocktakes, inventory control

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse teams.
• Licensed forklift operator.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Excellent English communication (written and spoken).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Commitment to safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating the warehouse team.
• Allocating daily tasks and ensuring orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Loading and unloading trucks, picking, packing, wrapping and dispatching orders.
• Operating forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Assisting with customer pick-ups and loading.
• Maintaining a safe, clean and organised warehouse.
• Supporting stocktakes and inventory control.
• Training and supporting warehouse staff.
• Ensuring warehouse procedures and safety requirements are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and coordinating the warehouse team.
