Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising teams in warehousing, distribution, cold storage or logistics.
• Strong understanding of shift-based operations, labour planning and KPI delivery.
• Ability to build team capability and manage performance.
• Commitment to workplace health and safety and operational compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support frontline team members to deliver safe, efficient warehouse operations.
• Plan and coordinate daily shift activity, including labour allocation and workflow priorities.
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and standards.
• Collaborate with site leaders and support teams to resolve operational issues and maintain customer service outcomes.
• Manage performance, attendance, and development to build capability across the team.
