Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in a warehouse, distribution or logistics environment.
• Experience leading people across warehouse and technical or integration workstreams.
• Experience managing priorities, quality and delivery outcomes for technical employees or a comparable service team.
• Experience using and supporting warehouse, inventory or ERP systems and related devices.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems, ERP principles, inventory control, stock accuracy and distribution processes.
• Practical knowledge of device integration, software deployment, configuration, testing, quality assurance and technical escalation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration workstream, including build schedules and priorities.
• Allocate integration work, monitor capacity and progress.
• Ensure device configuration, software deployment, testing and dispatch readiness.
• Support systems integration across warehouse management systems and ERP platforms.
• Manage warehouse and integration incidents, service requests and queues.
• Plan and coordinate daily receiving, storage, inventory, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Provide direct line management, coaching, attendance and conduct development.
• Review workflows and performance to identify improvements.
• Maintain safe work practices, stock security and data integrity.
