Job summary

Fisher & Paykel Australia Pty Ltd in Sydney seeks an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations, optimise stock accuracy and ensure safe, efficient performance across the warehouse. You will supervise inbound/outbound logistics, coordinate teams, engage with ERP/WMS, support budget awareness, and drive continuous improvement while modelling a hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Previous Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and transport coordination.
• Experience working with ERP systems and warehouse management systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive operational improvements.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word skills.
• A current forklift licence is highly regarded.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on leadership style and a strong commitment to safety.

• Maintain equipment servicing schedules, including forklift maintenance.

The Role Warehouse Supervisor - Sydney At Fisher & Paykel, we're passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences. We're currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our Sydney Logistics team and help drive operational excellence across our warehouse operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee daily warehouse activities, support team performance, and ensure inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

About the Role

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you'll play a key role in coordinating warehouse operations, ensuring stock accuracy, managing inbound and outbound logistics, and maintaining a safe and productive working environment. You'll lead by example, working alongside the team to deliver outstanding service to both internal and external customers.
