Job summary

Fisher & Paykel Appliances in Sydney seeks an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities and ensure inventory accuracy. You will drive operational excellence and support a hands-on leadership approach within a fast-paced logistics team.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, manage stock controls, and mentor staff while upholding safety and cost controls in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Previous Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and transport coordination.
• Experience working with ERP systems and warehouse management systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive operational improvements.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word skills.
• A current forklift licence is highly regarded.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on leadership style and a strong commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory and dispatch.
• Coordinate stock control, cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Manage container scheduling, unloading and warehouse resource planning.
• Support transport coordination and develop relationships with logistics providers.
• Monitor operating costs and assist with budget management.
• Support onboarding and training of team members and foster a positive culture.
• Champion workplace health, safety and continuous improvement initiatives.
