Job summary

MACA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a night and day-shift team at the Duketon South site, with an 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth. You will ensure safe, accurate stock handling and efficient freight logistics across the site, reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent.

Ideal candidates have mining-related warehousing experience, CoR training, and proficiency with Pronto or JDE. WA licence and Police clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within the resources sector.
• Demonstrated training in Chain of Responsibility requirements.
• Experience managing a warehousing team.
• Experience with Pronto or JDE (highly desirable).
• A current Western Australia manual HR driver’s licence.
• A current National Police Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of night and day-shift warehouse personnel.
• Maintain a high standard of housekeeping across the warehouse, yard, and outbuildings.
• Manage inbound and outbound freight logistics, ensuring safety, accuracy, and timely delivery.
• Oversee cost-effective and efficient warehouse operations.
• Receive, dispatch, and track all stock entering and leaving the site.
• Lead and facilitate toolbox meetings as required.
• Complete tasks as directed by the Maintenance Superintendent.
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and innovation within MACA work practices.
