About our Opportunity
We have an opportunity for an experienced Afternoon Shift Warehouse Supervisor responsible for the supervision of our PM warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking customer orders, loading and transporting of our bulk customised freight as well as inventory control. This is a critical role for our Victorian operations requiring someone to lead from the front ensuring we effectively service and deliver to our customers. As the Supervisor for the PM shift, you will lead and support our warehouse workforce of up to 20 personnel as well as oversee a small production team of 8 with responsibilities of closing the manufacturing site at the end of the shift.

Monday to Thursday 2:30pm - 11:30pm and Friday 1:30pm - 10:30pm
About You
We’re searching for someone who has a background in warehouse operations preferably in the building material manufacturing industry or with bulk customized freight in a team leadership role. We’re looking for a strong people leader who has a flexible leadership style and hands on approach, who can maintain high level of employee engagement with the ability to adapt their communication style to the needs of their diverse team and customers.
