Wagners Industrial Services Pty Ltd – Toowoomba QLD is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse and store operations. You will supervise staff, manage stock levels, oversee receipts and dispatch, and ensure WHS compliance.

The role requires strong inventory control skills, experience in logistics or heavy industrial environments, and effective leadership. This permanent position offers opportunities to optimise processes, work with ERP systems, and deliver high-quality customer

Competenze

• 2+ years in a supervisory or senior warehousing role.
• Experience in a heavy vehicle, engineering industrial or transport environment (highly regarded).
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication and team coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software.
• Sound working knowledge of WHS and compliance requirements.
• Must be able to obtain satisfactory pre-employment checks including reference checks and police check.

About the Role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software
• Sound working knowledge of WHS and compliance requirements
