Forklift licence (essential)
MR licence (as a backup for delivery support)
Experience in a warehouse or distribution leadership role

Confident communicator with strong planning and rostering capability
A hands‑on leadership style—you lead from the front and step in where needed
You’ll be part of a solid, down‑to‑earth team that takes pride in getting the job done properly and safely. This is a modern, well‑run warehouse with the right equipment, good systems, and a strong focus on looking after our people.
You’ll have access to well‑maintained trucks and equipment, a stable Monday–Friday roster, and the backing of a growing business within the AMS Group. There are real opportunities to build your skills, step up over time, and be part of a team that values reliability, effort, and doing things the right way.
