Job summary

Club Assist, part of the AMS Group, is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead the Arndell Park site and drive a high‑performance, customer‑focused distribution operation. You will be on the floor, guiding daily picks, loads and dispatch while keeping safety at the forefront.

You’ll manage a team in a fast‑paced environment, coordinate with the Logistics Supervisor, and ensure accurate, on‑time deliveries.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a warehouse or distribution team.
• Hands-on leadership with ability to drive performance on floor.
• Strong planning, rostering and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily distribution operations and ensure on-time dispatch.
• Oversee picking, replenishment, loading, and safe delivery.
• Maintain safety standards and a clean, high-performing warehouse.
• Coach and support team from the floor.
