About the Role:

We’re looking for a hands-on Outbound Warehouse Supervisor to support our Distribution Centre Manager and ensure smooth outbound operations. You’ll be the “traffic officer” of the warehouse—organizing orders, managing resources, and making sure every delivery leaves on time. This role combines leadership, organisation, and hands-on involvement with warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the outbound workflow, coordinating pickers and drivers to ensure timely dispatch.
• Act as the traffic controller for the warehouse: organise queues, prioritise orders, and allocate resources effectively.
• Step in to operate forklifts or assist with picking and packing when needed.
• Lead and support your team, ensuring operational targets and cut-off times are met.

Skills and Experience:

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience, including team supervision.
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Hands-on, proactive, and a people-oriented leader.
• Comfortable managing resources, making quick decisions, and taking responsibility for operational flow
