Job summary

360 Personnel in Sydney is seeking a reliable Warehouse Picker to join a high‑performing team. You will handle picking and packing orders, stock handling and ensure accuracy and safety in daily warehouse operations.

Key requirements include 1+ year warehouse experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to multi‑task and work well in a team. Training on picking devices and safety procedures will be provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year warehouse/labour experience
• Customer service experience in a warehouse environment
• Strong communication, time management and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to multi‑task and work well in a team
• Tech‑savvy with devices used for picking and receiving
• Exposure to building or construction industry (advantageous)

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
• Picking, assisting and loading customer orders with strong accuracy
• Receiving, storing and packing incoming stock
• Loading/unloading vehicles, trucks and containers
• Conducting stock take, periodic checks and reporting discrepancies
• Safe manual handling and operation of warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, tow tugs, forklifts)
• Maintaining a tidy, safe and compliant warehouse
• Assisting with ad‑hoc deliveries or pick‑ups when required
