Motion Asia Pacific Pty is seeking a proactive Store Person in the Silverwater area to support incoming and outgoing shipments, manage stock, and drive efficiency across the warehouse. This hands-on role requires physical handling and attention to detail to ensure accurate order preparation and timely dispatch.

The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, a current driver’s licence, and a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in receiving, dispatch, picking and packing in a warehouse.
• A current driver’s licence.
• A forklift licence is desirable.
• Strong commitment to safe work practices and warehouse housekeeping.
• Good attention to detail, especially with stock receipts and order prep.
• Confident communication and professional phone manner.
• Customer-focused with ability to problem-solve and work collaboratively.

We are looking for a go getter and a motivated individual to join our friendly Silverwater Team.

As a store person, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory, and supporting overall warehouse efficiency.

If you have an interest or prior experience in the warehouse and looking for a chance to further develop your skills or career, then this is the role for you!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process orders - confirming order slips, pick and pack.
• General warehouse duties as required.
• Attend to receiving and dispatching of stock.
• Operate Walkie Stacker Forklift - loading and unloading when required.

This is a hands-on role that will also require physical manual handling for the purposes of preparing customer orders for dispatch as well as receipting and arranging storage of goods in accordance with appropriate procedures.

About You

To be successful, you will bring:

• Previous experience in a receiving, dispatch, picking and packing, warehouse role.
• A current driver's licence.
• A current forklift licence is desirable.
• A strong commitment to safe work practices and warehouse housekeeping.
• Good attention to detail, particularly when receiving stock and preparing customer orders.
• Confident communication skills and a professional phone manner.
• A customer-focused approach, with the ability to problem-solve and work collaboratively.
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.

• Experience or knowledge in power transmission & bearing or similar background
