Job summary

Hako Australia is seeking a Warehouse Storeperson for a four-month fixed-term, full-time contract to support a major relocation project. The role involves picking/packing, dispatch preparation, and safe forklift operation between the current and new facilities in NSW.

Qualifications

• Current Australian LF forklift licence.
• Warehouse experience with picking and packing.
• Safe and confident forklift operation.
• Strong attention to detail and order-picking accuracy.
• Physically capable of manual warehouse duties.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare parts, products and equipment for dispatch.
• Check picked items against orders and delivery documentation.
• Safely operate a forklift to move machinery, pallets and stock.
• Assist with relocating stock and equipment to the new warehouse.
• Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles.
• Label, sort and prepare stock for relocation.
• Organise pallets, parts and equipment within the warehouse.
• Help establish and organise stock locations at the new facility.
• Receive and put away incoming goods.
• Conduct stock checks and report discrepancies or damaged items.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organised and safe.
• Assist with other general warehouse duties as required.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

Warehouse Storeperson – Four-Month Contract

Full-time hours | Forklift licence required | Potential permanent opportunity

Hako Australia is looking for an experienced Warehouse Storeperson to join our team and support an important warehouse relocation project.

Initially offered as a four-month, full-time fixed-term contract, the role will assist with day-to-day warehouse operations and the relocation of stock, equipment and machinery from our existing Silverwater warehouse to our new facility at Wetherill Park. There may be an opportunity for the successful person to move into permanent employment following the relocation.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is reliable, safety-conscious and confident working in a busy warehouse environment.
