Job summary

ACM Parts is seeking a Warehouse Storeperson to join the team at Smeaton Grange NSW. You will be responsible for order picking, operating forklifts/order pickers, loading/unloading vehicles, labeling and storing parts, and ensuring accurate paperwork and distribution.

The role requires warehousing experience in a fast-paced environment, LF and LO licenses, and good communication and computer skills. Automotive knowledge is advantageous; non-standard hours may be discussed.

Qualifications

• Previous Warehousing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• LF Licences (Forklift) – essential.
• LO Licence (Order Picker) – desirable.
• Mechanical experience is desirable.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
• Eye for detail with quality control inspection of all parts carried out before leaving warehouse.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Understanding safe work practices – OH&S.
• Automotive knowledge would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Order picking.
• Operation of MHE (Order Picker and Forklift).
• Assisting with loading and unloading trucks or other transportation vehicles.
• Labelling and storing parts accurately.
• Completing and verifying paperwork to ensure accurate tracking of parts in the warehouse and to our customers.
• Packing & wrapping parts for distribution.
• General warehouse duties as required.
