Programmed is recruiting for a Warehouse Storeperson & Forklift Operator in Penrith, NSW. The role starts in the crate dock, handling milk crates and progressing to general warehouse duties and forklift operations.

Programmed is seeking experienced Storepersons with current LF Forklift Licences to join one of Australia's largest dairy manufacturers in Penrith.

Competitive Hourly Pay Rates

• Morning Shift: 5:00am - 1:00pm | $48.69 per hour
• Afternoon Shift: 1:00pm - 9:00pm | $55.99 per hour
• Night Shift: 9:00pm - 5:00am | $63.30 per hour

About the Role

You will initially work in the Crate Dock, managing milk crates through the crate washing line. Duties will include:

• Loading, unloading and moving milk crates.
• Manual handling and repetitive lifting.
• Operating the crate washing line.
• Progressing into warehouse duties and forklift operations.
• Operating counterbalance forklifts in the yard and cool room.

What We're Looking For

• Current Australian LF Forklift Licence.
• Proven counterbalance forklift operating experience.
• Ability to work in cool room conditions (1-3°C).
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
• Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
• Positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.
• Full Australian working rights with no restrictions on hours.

Important Availability Requirements

• Approximately 3 days per week, with the potential to work up to 5 shifts per week depending on operational requirements.
• Must be available for at least TWO different shifts (Morning, Afternoon or Night).
• Must be flexible to work weekends.
• Ability to work across a rotating roster.

Dairy or food manufacturing experience will be highly regarded.
