The Role

The Storeperson / Forklift Driver is a full-time position based at Bohle Townsville, QLD. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will deliver exceptional customer service and achieve operational excellence within the warehouse.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers, primarily over the phone or via online orders (no shopfront or walk-in traffic).
  • Assist with day-to-day warehouse and store operations, with approximately 80% warehouse duties such as putting stock away, loading, and unloading.
  • Operate a forklift; forklift experience and a valid licence are essential.
  • Manage stock movements, including receiving inbound deliveries and loading customer orders for distribution, while complying with safety requirements.
  • Accurately complete documentation and ensure proper labelling and presentation of stock.
  • Use computer systems daily; computer literacy is essential, and you will be expected to learn and use SAP.
  • Answer phone enquiries and support online order processing.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

About You
  • Current forklift licence with sufficient experience.
  • Computer literacy is essential.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy products as required (manual handling).

  • Strong work ethic and commitment to safety procedures.
  • Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to build relationships.
