Job summary

2MT Mining Products is seeking a Warehouse Storeman for the Rutherford office in the Hunter Valley. This full-time role supports stock control, receiving, and dispatch of mining consumables.

You will maintain stock accuracy, assist with purchase orders, and help ensure safety and cleanliness in a busy warehouse environment. Basic Excel/Word skills and forklift familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Driver's License required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy important.
• Ability to comply with Health, Safety, Environment & Quality Policy.
• Basic to mid-level skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience in a warehouse role, preferably with mining consumables.

Responsibilities

• Receive goods in accordance with procedures.
• Check deliveries against PO/docket and forward paperwork.
• Receipting Purchase Orders.
• Maintain stock in an orderly, clean environment.
• Process outbound goods accurately and on time.

2MT Mining Products (2MT) is a national, consumable wear parts supply company specialising in ground engaging tools, crusher wear parts and other specialised wear prevention products for fixed and mobile plant, for supply to mining regions throughout Australia.

About the role

Warehouse Storeman role for our Hunter Valley office, based in Rutherford. This is a full-time position within a national, consumable wear parts supply company specialising in ground engaging tools, crusher wear parts and other specialised wear prevention products for fixed and mobile plant, for supply to mining regions throughout Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Receiving inwards goods in accordance with Company procedures
• Check deliveries into the warehouse, for accuracy against the relevant purchase order and the supplier's delivery docket(s), resolve any discrepancies and forward confirmation and relevant paperwork to the Administration Team
• Receipting Purchase Orders
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness ensuring all stock is kept in an orderly manner
• Process goods outward accurately, timely and in accordance with the Customer's requirements

About you

• Current Driver's License
• Attention to detail - Accuracy is vital
• Demonstrated ability to comply with an organization's Health, Safety, Environment & Quality Policy
• Ability to multi-task within a small office environment
• A basic to mid-level skills ability in the use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Current Forklift License (advantageous but not essential and again can be organised and funded by 2MT)
• Experience in a Warehouse Role
• Experience within a Warehouse associated with the supply of mining and/or crushing consumables
