Job summary

Harvey Norman Mount Isa Warehouse is seeking a passionate Storeperson to join our team in Townview. You will support dispatch and receipt of orders and provide outstanding customer service while liaising with customers.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, with excellent communication and time management skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Forklift and drivers licences are preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written.
• Highly organised with great time management skills.
• Motivated with a can-do attitude.
• Experience checking delivery sheets and accurate distribution of goods.
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends and holidays.
• Current forklift and drivers/pickers licences preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispatching and receiving orders and liaising with customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service in the warehouse environment.
• Distribute goods in and out of the warehouse and load trucks.
• Maintain WH&S compliance and safe working practices.

The Harvey Norman Mount Isa Warehouse Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Storeperson to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

As a Warehouse Storeperson, you have a good understanding of the dispatching and receiving of orders, and liaising with customers providing exceptional customer service.

To be successful you must:

• Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Enjoy working in a team environment

What we require:

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
• To be highly organised and possess great time management skills
• Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail
• Experience checking delivery sheets
• Effective, timely and accurate distribution of goods in and out of our warehouse, including loading of trucks
• A strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
• Current Forklift, Drivers and Pickers Licence (preferred)
