Job summary

Harvey Norman Mount Barker Warehouse Storeperson position is open for a customer service oriented team member to support the Mount Barker warehouse.

You will handle dispatching and receiving orders, liaise with customers to provide outstanding service, and ensure accurate distribution of goods including truck loading.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form.
• Highly motivated and results-driven with great time management and attention to detail.
• Experience checking delivery sheets.
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work across retail trading hours including weekends and public holidays.
• Current Forklift, Drivers and Pickers Licence (preferred or essential).

Responsibilities

• Distribute goods in and out of the warehouse and load/unload trucks with accuracy.
• Provide exceptional customer service to store customers and liaise with them effectively.
• Assist with dispatching and receiving orders and maintain documentation.

The Harvey Norman Mount BarkerWarehouse Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Storeperson to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

As a Warehouse Storeperson, you have a good understanding of the dispatching and receiving of orders, and liaising with customers providing exceptional customer service.

To be successful you must:

• Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Enjoy working in a team environment
