Job summary

Executive Games International Pty Ltd – Broadmeadows VIC is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operator to manage picking and packing, stock receiving, and shipment preparation. You will work closely with the existing warehouse team and management and receive training across warehouse operations and product range.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehousing, picking and packing.
• Current driver's licence.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently without constant supervision.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a small team.
• Ability to read picking slips, invoices, labels and written instructions.
• Basic computer skills with MS Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick stock according to customer orders and picking slips
• Pack customer orders securely and accurately for dispatch
• Check products, quantities and SKUs before orders are dispatched
• Receive, unload and organise incoming stock
• Assist with stock counts and inventory control
• Identify and report stock discrepancies or damaged products
• Prepare and label cartons and pallets for shipment
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely
• Load and unload pallets and deliveries
• Liaise with freight and transport companies
