Job summary

Harvey Norman Everton Park Warehouse is seeking a Storeperson to join our team and help deliver Great Service to our customers. The role focuses on receiving and dispatching goods, stock control and liaising with customers on delivery queries.

You will work across retail hours, including weekends, with strong emphasis on safety and accuracy, and training opportunities within a national brand.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Highly organised with good time management.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork.
• Experience checking delivery sheets and coordinating warehousing tasks.
• Willingness to learn, with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving and dispatching orders within the warehouse.
• Liaise with customers regarding deliveries and pickups.
• Load and unload goods, ensuring accurate distribution of stock.
• Maintain WHS compliance and safe work practices.

The Harvey Norman Everton Park Warehouse Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Storeperson to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

As a Warehouse Storeperson, you have a good understanding of the dispatching and receiving of orders, and liaising with customers providing exceptional customer service.

To be successful you must:

• Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Enjoy working in a team environment

What we require:

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
• To be highly organised and possess great time management skills
• Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail
• Experience checking delivery sheets
• Effective, timely and accurate distribution of goods in and out of our warehouse, including loading of trucks
• A strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a \"can do\" attitude
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
• Current Forklift, Drivers and Pickers Licence (preferred)
