Job summary

Harvey Norman Swan Hill Warehouse Team is seeking a passionate Stockhand to deliver great service in a dynamic retail environment. You will handle dispatching and receiving orders, assist customers, and support the warehouse team.

The role requires excellent communication, organisation, and a can-do attitude, with flexibility for retail hours, including weekends and public holidays; forklift licence preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organised with strong time management.
• Motivated, detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience checking delivery sheets preferred.
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends and public holidays.
• Current Forklift, Drivers and Pickers Licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with dispatching and receiving of orders and liaising with customers to provide exceptional service.
• Distribute goods in and out of the warehouse, including loading of trucks.
• Support warehouse team to ensure accurate stock handling and inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to WH&S policies and procedures and contribute to a safe work environment.

The Harvey Norman Swan HillWarehouse Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Stockhand to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

As a Stockhand, you have a good understanding of the dispatching and receiving of orders, and liaising with customers providing exceptional customer service.

To be successful you must:

• Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
