Stellar Recruitment is seeking reliable Warehouse Scanners to join a busy Loadout team in Toowoomba. This hands-on role combines warehouse scanning with general labouring duties to ensure accurate scanning, palletising, and dispatch of products.

The role suits candidates who thrive in a fast-paced warehouse, with strong attention to detail and willingness to support all areas of the loadout operation. Training is provided and progression may be available based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, scanning or pick packing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Physically fit and able to perform repetitive manual handling.
• Willingness to work in chilled environments and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Scan and verify product orders using handheld scanners.
• Accurately count cartons and maintain load records.
• Apply pallet labels and port marks to export orders.
• Complete load calculations and dispatch paperwork.
• Sort, stack and palletise chilled and frozen products.
• Assist with loading containers, trucks and dispatch vehicles.
• Perform general labouring duties and maintain site housekeeping.

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Scanners to join a busy Loadout team. This is a hands-on role that combines warehouse scanning responsibilities with general labouring duties, ensuring products are accurately scanned, palletised, and loaded for dispatch.

This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, have strong attention to detail, and are willing to assist across all areas of the loadout operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Scan and verify product orders using handheld scanners
• Accurately count cartons and maintain load records
• Apply pallet labels and port marks to export orders
• Complete load calculations and dispatch paperworkSort, stack and palletise chilled and frozen products
• Assist with loading containers, trucks and dispatch vehicles
• Perform general labouring duties as required throughout the loadout area
• Maintain housekeeping and adhere to site safety procedures at all times

About You

• Previous warehouse, scanner, labouring or pick packing experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling
• Comfortable working in chilled and frozen environments
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Forklift licence advantageous but not essential
• Flexible to work rotating shifts and weekends when required

Rosters

Day Shift

• 4-week rotating roster with a mix of weekday and Saturday shifts
• Alternating work and rest days to support work-life balance
• Every Sunday off

Night Shift

• Five 8-hour shifts per week
• No Saturday work required

Pay Rates

Day Shift

• Scanner: $32.94/hr
• General Labourer: $32.94/hr

Afternoon Shift

• Scanner: $34.42/hr inclusive of 15% loading
• General Labourer: $34.42/hr inclusive of 15% loading

Weekend penalties are already incorporated into the above rates.
