Job summary

4WD Supacentre in Australia is seeking a Warehouse & Sales Team Member who loves our gear and customers and wants to lead the store sales ladder every week.

This role blends warehouse operations with hands-on sales, including receiving stock, preparing orders, supporting customer pick-ups, and keeping the showroom ready for trade. You’ll move between the warehouse and sales floor to help customers find the right gear for their next adventure.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence LF preferred.
• Willingness to perform both warehouse and customer service tasks.
• Reliable team player with an active, hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload and process stock.
• Prepare customer orders and pick-ups.
• Keep the warehouse tidy, safe and stock moving.
• Assist customers on the showroom floor and on trade.

We're looking for a Warehouse & Sales Team Member who loves our gear and our customers, and wants to be at the top of the store sales ladder every week.

More Than Just A Warehouse Role

This isn't your typical warehouse position.

You'll play a key role in keeping the operation running smoothly by receiving stock, preparing orders, supporting customer pick-ups and ensuring the showroom is ready for trade.

When the warehouse is under control, you'll jump onto the sales floor and help customers find the right gear for their next adventure. It's the perfect mix of warehouse operations, teamwork and customer service.

Your Mission

• Receive, unload and process stock efficiently
• Prepare customer orders and pick-ups
• Keep the warehouse organised, safe and running smoothly
• Complete stock counts and inventory checks
• Replenish showroom stock and displays
• Support customers with product advice and recommendations
• Create a positive shopping experience for every customer
• Work closely with your crew to keep the store operating at its best

This role is all about keeping stock moving, supporting the store and helping customers get adventure ready.

• You already drive a 4WD and enjoy being hands-on work and staying active
• You love camping and can speak with passion to our customers about their needs
• You're reliable, a great team player and take pride in doing things properly
• You're happy jumping between warehouse and sales responsibilities
• A Forklift License (LF) is highly regarded
