Job summary

Bache Bros Produce Centre is seeking motivated casual Pick Packer to join our fast-paced warehouse in the fresh fruit and vegetable industry. This role involves early morning starts and shifts across Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 2:00am to 8:30am, with Tuesday shifts available for the right candidate.

You will pick and pack orders, assist with receiving and storage, and help maintain a clean, safe warehouse while supporting the team to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• High Risk Forklift Licence advantageous
• Experience in warehouse operations, ideally in fresh produce
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good problem-solving and attention to detail
• MR/HR licence advantageous

About the Role

Bache Bros Produce Centre is seeking motivated and reliable team members to join our fast-paced warehouse operation in the fresh fruit and vegetable industry.

We currently have opportunities for an experienced Casual Pick Packer to support our growing business.

These roles involve early morning starts in a fast paced environment, ensuring fresh produce is accurately received, packed, and distributed to customers across South Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Must be available for shifts on Monday, Wednesday and Friday for 2:00am to 8:30am
• Tuesday shifts are available for the right candidate
• Pick and pack fresh produce orders accurately and efficiently
• Assist with receiving, sorting, and storing stock
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
• Support the team to meet daily operational targets

The ideal candidate for this position will be able to demonstrate:

• High Risk Forklift Licence (or willingness to obtain) advantageous
• Experience in warehouse operations, ideally in fresh produce
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good problem-solving and attention to detail
• MR/HR licence advantageous
