Job summary

Simply Fresh Distributors' is seeking a dedicated Order Picker Packer for our Beverley warehouse, handling cold and dry storage operations. In this full-time role you will accurately pick and pack orders, operate forklifts, restock shelves and help with inventory while delivering excellent service to retailers and food service customers across South Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced warehousing or distribution is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Forklift license and experience operating warehouse equipment are preferred; forklift training will be provided if needed.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; proactive and collaborative approach.
• Commitment to workplace health and safety; physically fit to lift up to 20 kg; proficient in English.

Order Picker Packer (dry and cold store)

About the role

This is a full-time Picker Packer Warehouse Distribution Team Member (Cold & Dry Storage) position based in Beverley, South Australia with Simply Fresh Distributors'. As part of our warehousing, storage and distribution team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and timely picking and packing of food goods to our retail and food service customers across the region.

What you'll be doing

Accurately picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch according to customer requirements

Moving and organising stock using appropriate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks

Unloading delivery vehicles and restocking warehouse shelves

Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment

Assisting with inventory management and cycle counting

Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

What we're looking for

Previous experience working in a fast-paced warehousing or distribution environment (preferred but not essential)

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines

Forklift license and experience operating warehouse equipment (preferred but not essential)

Forklift training will be provided if needed

Good communication and interpersonal skills

A proactive and collaborative approach to your work

A commitment to workplace health and safety

Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 20kg

Proficient in English, with High attention to detail when reading picking slips and inventory labels
