Job summary

Hinen Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a hands-on Forklift Operator & Operations Assistant in Western Sydney. You will safely load, unload, move pallets with a forklift, receive goods, pick and pack orders, and support the Operations Manager with daily tasks.

This full-time on-site role requires an LF forklift licence, warehouse experience, basic data-entry skills, and strong teamwork and safety focus. You will help maintain stock records, keep the warehouse organized, and ensure accurate

Qualifications

A current Australian LF Forklift Licence.
Previous forklift and warehouse experience.
Basic computer and data-entry skills.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
A proactive and flexible approach to different tasks.
A strong commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

Safely load, unload and move pallets using a forklift.
Receive incoming goods and prepare outgoing orders.
Pick, pack and check orders accurately.
Support the Operations Manager with daily operational tasks.
Assist with inventory records, delivery coordination, documentation and general administrative tasks.
Help manage stocktakes and maintain accurate warehouse records.
Keep the warehouse clean, organised and compliant with safety procedures.
Report damaged goods, stock discrepancies and operational issues promptly.
