Job summary

Good Pair Days in Sydney is seeking casual warehouse pick/packer staff. Training will be provided to learn our picking and packing processes, box creation, stock reception, and stock takes. You should be organised, detail-oriented, and able to move quickly; lifting up to 20 kg and standing all day is expected. Availability Monday to Friday 7:00–15:00 is ideal.

Candidate should have Australian work rights; relocation plans and visa sponsorship are not applicable for this role.

• Experience in warehouse picking/packing preferred.
• Able to stand all day and lift up to 20 kg.
• Australian work rights required.

We do not offer Visa Sponsorship. We are relocating from Glendenning in November 2027. Training will be in Glendenning until we move into our new Kemps Creek warehouse.

We are Australia's fastest growing wine start-up, with our main distribution centre based in Glendenning Sydney, with the mission to take the intimidation and confusion out of learning, exploring and most importantly drinking delicious bottles of wine.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

We're currently looking for casual warehouse pick/packers. Full training provided.

Specifically, you'll need to learn our picking and packing process, create boxes, receive stock, do stock takes, replenish stock and more.

You need to be organised, detail orientated, or preferably detailed obsessed!

Some warehouse or picking/packing experience is preferred for this role.

YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:

• Have a logical and organised mind;

• Can move quickly;

• Are available for Monday - Friday 0700 - 1500. Flexible on hours.

• Have a relative level of fitness

HOW YOU'LL BE MEASURED.

Picking and Packing speed and accuracy. Completion of warehouse processes.

GOOD TO KNOW

• Monday and Tuesday 7am - 3pm is expected. There are more hours if desired, but these two days are a desirable.

• All shifts start at 7am and vary throughout the week.

• Do you have access to reliable transport to Glendenning (parking provided), and following November - Kemps Creek?

• Are you comfortable being on your feet all day and lifting up to 20kg?

• Do you have Australian work rights?
