Job summary

Horner Recruitment Ltd in Brisbane is seeking experienced Warehouse Pick Packers and Stores Persons for a busy distribution centre. The role offers dayshift hours, ongoing work and potential for full-time permanency within a supportive team.

You will pick/pack orders, prepare dispatches, stock replenishment, RF scanning, and operate high-reach forklifts if certified. Training, stability, weekly pay, and career progression are noted benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution centre.
• Strong pick-packing experience.
• Dispatch experience highly desirable.
• Current forklift/high-reach licence advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Focus on efficiency and productivity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual and positive attitude.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Preparing orders for dispatch and freight.
• Stock put-away and replenishment.
• RF scanning.
• Loading and unloading stock.
• Operating high-reach forklifts safely and efficiently (preferred but not essential).
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse.
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.
