Powerhouse Supplements in Sydney is seeking a Warehouse Pick/Packers & Customer Service Representative to ensure accurate order fulfillment while delivering friendly, product-informed support to customers. You will pick and pack orders, verify accuracy, restock, cycle count, and assist customers via phone, email, and chat.

The role requires at least 1 year picking/packing experience, strong communication, and reliability.

As a Warehouse Pick/Packer & Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a dual role in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment while providing top-notch customer support. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, picking and packing products, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues.

Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
• Verify orders for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain organized and clean workspace
• Restock shelves and rotate inventory

Customer Service:
