ProQuest Recruitment is seeking experienced Pickers, Packers and General Hands for Willawong warehouses. Ongoing Monday–Friday day shifts with 6:00am–2:00pm start times, $40+ per hour, and weekly pay.

Immediate starts available in healthcare and pharmaceutical logistics, with supportive teams and long-term opportunities. Applicants should have warehouse experience, be physically fit, possess RF/EPJ experience, and hold full Australian working rights.

Formación

• Experience in warehouse picking and packing essential.
• Familiar with RF scanners, voice picking and EPJs.
• Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling.
• Reliable transport and a valid driver’s licence.
• Full and unrestricted Australian working rights; willingness to undergo checks.

Responsabilidades

• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently.
• Voice picking using a headset and RF scanning for verification.
• Operating EPJs and preparing orders for dispatch.
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
• Perform general warehouse duties and follow safety procedures.

We have opportunities available in busy warehouse and distribution centres, including the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Voice picking using a headset
• RF scanning and order verification
• Operating Electric Pallet Jacks (EPJs)
• Preparing and staging orders for dispatch
• Meeting daily productivity and accuracy targets
• General warehouse duties, including manual handling
• Following workplace health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse picking and packing experience
• Experience with RF scanners, voice picking and/or EPJs
• Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling duties
• Reliable transport and a valid driver's licence
• Own PPE, including a high-vis shirt or vest and steel cap boots
• Availability to work Monday to Friday
• Full and unrestricted Australian working rights
• Willingness to complete a National Police Check where required
• Strong work ethic, reliability and attention to detail
• LF Forklift Licence highly regarded
