Job summary

Metcash is seeking a casual Picker & Packer for the Canning Vale Campbells warehouse to accurately pick, wrap and stage orders on time, with safety and accuracy throughout. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 20 kg, and using RF scanners.

You’ll join a high-volume, FMCG environment with a safety-first culture, offering flexible shifts, weekend and overtime opportunities, and pathways for development within a values-led team.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution centre or logistics experience.
• Experience meeting productivity and accuracy targets.
• Confidence using RF scanners or similar mobile technology.
• A safety-first approach and sound manual-handling practices.
• Strong attention to detail and a dependable work ethic.
• Basic literacy, numeracy and device skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg.
• Availability to work shifts, weekends and overtime when required.

About the Opportunity

Join our Canning Vale Campbells warehouse team as a Picker & Packer on a casual basis and play an important part in getting customer orders ready accurately, safely and on time. This onsite role involves picking, checking, wrapping and staging products while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and inventory accuracy.
