Job summary

Hairco is seeking a Warehouse Team Member to join our Tarneit-based operation in Melbourne. You will pick, pack and dispatch online, wholesale and retail orders, prioritise urgent shipments, replenish stock and maintain a safe warehouse environment.

You will also handle stock movement, answer store calls and assist with end-of-day closures. Forklift operation is conditional on licencing; strong organisational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Right to work in Australia confirmed.
• Prior experience as a Warehouse Picker and Packer.
• Experience operating a Reach forklift is desirable.
• Forklift licences accepted or required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and dispatch online, wholesale and retail orders accurately and on time.
• Print and prioritise pick lists, prioritising Click & Collect and express orders.
• Replenish shelves and report low stock levels to the team.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised warehouse, keeping floors and aisles clear.
• Answer calls from Sunshine and Hoppers Crossing stores.
• Receive, move and dispatch stock by forklift (if licensed).
• Complete end-of-day close, secure equipment, charge scanners and switch off lights.

Job description

Print and prioritise pick lists, with Click & Collect and express orders first and all others in order received

Replenish shelves and report low stock levels to the team

Maintain a safe, clean and organised warehouse, keeping floors and aisles clear

Answer phone calls from our Sunshine and Hoppers Crossing retail stores

Receive, move and dispatch stock by forklift (if licensed)

Complete end-of-day close, including securing equipment, charging scanners and switching off lighting and climate control

Approve shipping cost adjustments on online orders within set limits, escalating where required
