Job summary

Trojan Recruitment Group is partnered with a Gold Coast packaging and industrial supplies business seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator. The role focuses on operating High Reach and LO forklifts, picking and packing orders, and maintaining accurate inventory in a fast-paced warehouse in Arundel.

Candidates should have 24+ months warehouse experience, 12 months forklift operation in High Reach/LO, current licences, and a strong commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum 24 months' experience in a similar warehouse position.
• Minimum 12 months' experience operating High Reach & LO forklifts.
• Current and relevant forklift licences.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
• Must pass a Police Check and Drug & Alcohol test.

Responsibilities

• Operate High Reach and LO forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders.
• Load and unload stock as required.
• Receive, check and put away incoming goods.
• Replenish stock and maintain accurate inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse.

Are you an experienced Warehouse Operator looking for your next opportunity with an established business?

Our client is a well-established supplier of packaging and industrial consumables, operating an Arundel-based warehouse with over 12,500 products. They are looking for a reliable and experienced Warehouse Operator to join their busy team.

If you have strong warehouse experience, hold the relevant forklift licences and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilites:

• Operate High Reach and LO forklifts safely and efficiently
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders
• Load and unload stock as required
