Job summary

DFP Recruitment is seeking a reliable Warehouse Operator in Victoria to join a busy team supporting onshore and offshore maintenance operations. The role offers a strong hourly rate, consistent hours, and the opportunity to work with an experienced and supportive team.

The position involves operating forklifts, receiving and issuing stock, using SAP, maintaining records, and following safety procedures. It is a 12-month assignment with a 5-day week (36–38 hours) and occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, stores or materials handling experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• A current forklift licence is desirable but not essential.
• A reliable, safety-focused and team-oriented approach.
• Flexibility to work approximately every 6th weekend.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and loading/unloading trucks.
• Receiving, issuing, locating and storing materials.
• Completing stock counts and inventory checks.
• Maintaining accurate warehouse records.
• Following materials management and safety procedures.
• Responding to phone and email enquiries.
