Job summary

Royal Vanities is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operator to join our team in Seaford, VIC 3198. This full-time role focuses on efficient storage, handling, and dispatch of products, ensuring orders are accurate and on time.

You will pick and pack, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, maintain inventory records, and support daily operations. The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, safety focus, good communication, and basic computer skills; forklift certification is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Proficiency operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming products in designated warehouse locations using proper storage systems and inventory management techniques.
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately according to specifications and delivery requirements.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, stock levels, and warehouse transactions.
• Prepare products for shipment, including labelling, weighing, and loading onto delivery vehicles.
• Conduct regular stock takes and assist with inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Identify and report any damaged goods, discrepancies, or operational issues to management.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
