Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Current Australian LF forklift licence or eligibility to obtain.
• Strong practical forklift operating experience.
• Ability to safely handle and move materials up to 25 kg.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable and responsible approach to warehouse operations.
• Experience in construction/building supplies or similar industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely for receiving, storing and moving materials.
• Receive and unload incoming stock and deliveries.
• Pick, check and pack customer orders accurately.
• Prepare palletised orders for customer collection and delivery.
• Load materials safely onto trucks and other vehicles.
• Label, organise and store products correctly.
• Shrink-wrap and secure palletised goods for transport.
• Deliver and collect construction materials from local worksites.
• Maintain accurate movement records for warehouse equipment.
• Assist with stock monitoring and end-of-month stocktakes.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organised and safe.
• Communicate professionally with customers, drivers and site personnel.
