Job summary

Weir ESCO is seeking a Warehouse Operator at our Lytton site near Brisbane. You will ensure stock accuracy, efficient order fulfilment and safe daily operations with a small team in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 2–4 years in warehousing, a high-risk forklift license, and solid IT skills (Outlook, Excel, Word). Experience with Oracle is a plus, with opportunities for growth and learning within a global company.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of related warehouse experience.
• Forklift license (high risk) required.
• Basic computer skills: Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Experience with hand and battery-powered tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safety first and zero-harm culture.
• Pick, pack & dispatch orders to meet timelines.
• Book freight and coordinate domestic shipments.
• Operate forklifts and equipment safely; perform basic maintenance.
