Weir ESCO is seeking a Warehouse Operator for our site in Lytton, Brisbane. You will join a fast-paced team handling stock, orders, and safe, efficient warehouse operations daily.

The role requires 2–4 years of warehouse experience, a valid high-risk forklift license, and proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word. You’ll work Monday to Friday with onsite parking and uniforms/PPE provided, contributing to timely dispatch and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of warehouse experience.
• Valid high-risk forklift license (counterbalance required; high-reach preferred).
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of hand and battery-powered tools.
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills; able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Safety first: demonstrate commitment to zero-harm and safety culture.
• Pick, pack and dispatch orders to meet delivery timelines.
• Book freight and organise domestic shipments.
• Operate forklifts, tools and equipment safely (basic maintenance included).
• Maintain warehouse: keep areas organised, clean and safe.
• Use systems to manage inventory and support workflow improvements.
