Job summary

AMS Group in Sydney is seeking a Warehouse Operator/Driver to join our team in Arndell Park. The role blends hands-on warehouse tasks with on‑road deliveries, offering variety and teamwork. You will pick, pack and dispatch stock, and deliver to customers across the Sydney Metro area, with duties including loading/unloading and stock checks.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment (12+ months preferred).
• Current forklift licence (LF or LO).
• MR driver’s licence (desirable).
• Confidence with manual handling (regular lifting involved).
• A strong work ethic and “get it done” attitude.
• Good attention to detail and basic computer skills.
• A commitment to safety and doing things the right way.
• Solid communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing battery orders accurately.
• Receiving and dispatching stock.
• Delivering products to customers and contractors across Sydney Metro.
• Loading and unloading trucks and containers.
• Stocktakes and cycle counts.
• General warehouse housekeeping.
• Safely handling stock (including lifting up to 25kg).

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of warehouse work and getting out on the road, not stuck in a warehouse all day.

You’ll play a key role in keeping our operation moving, from picking and dispatching stock to delivering to customers across the Adelaide metro area.
