Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and pride in a job well done.
• Strong customer service skills with ability to build relationships.
• Able to do physical work, including regular lifting (average 17 kg).
• Current forklift licence (LF or LO).
• Minimum MR driver’s licence.
• Good computer skills and strong attention to detail.
• Committed to safety and maintaining high standards.
• Confident communicator with basic written English skills.
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Delivering stock to customers per scheduled runs with timely, reliable service.
• Maintain consistent service frequency across your customer base.
• Complete daily safety checks and adhere to HSE standards.
• Accurately manage stock and cash movements.
• Process warranty replacements per standard procedures.
• Manage stock according to Stock on Hand policies.
• Ensure all required documentation is completed for each customer interaction.
