Job summary

Miss Amara Pty Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Operator- container unpacker to join our Sydney warehouse in South Granville. You will receive, inspect, and store goods, then pick, pack and dispatch orders with care and accuracy.

You'll operate forklifts and other equipment, maintain tidy storage, and support stock counts while ensuring safety and teamwork. Heavy lifting is required, with on-the-job training provided for listed systems.

Qualifications

• Has warehouse or logistics experience.
• Holds a current forklift license (or willing to obtain one).
• Is safety-minded and follows procedures to a tee.
• Has great attention to detail and is reliable with time and attendance.
• Communicates clearly, works well with others, and is always up for lending a hand.
• Has a positive, can-do attitude and takes pride in their work.
• Experience with Gmail, Cin7, Shippit, MS Excel / Google Sheets, Slack is an advantage; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Able to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
• Heavy lifting is required; training provided and lifting equipment used as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and store incoming goods correctly and safely.
• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders with precision and efficiency.
• Process returns and repack resaleable items.
• Operate forklifts, stock pickers and other warehouse equipment (safely and confidently).
• Keep the warehouse tidy, organised and running smoothly.
• Support stock management through regular stock counts and accurate inventory updates.
• Report discrepancies or damage and suggest improvements to workflows and processes.
• Be proactive about safety and contribute to a positive team environment.
