Job summary

Seek.com.au in Brisbane (Banyo) invites motivated Warehouse Operators to join our team. You will move cargo, receive and dispatch goods, load/unload vehicles and assist with yard operations across two shifts: 6:00am–2:00pm and 8:30am–5:00pm. A positive, proactive attitude and safety focus are essential.

Forklift licence is required; Hi-Reach experience is highly regarded. You will work both independently and with the team to ensure accurate labels, crates and parcels are prepared for delivery,

Job description

We are a medium sized freight forwarder and customs brokerage located in Banyo. We are seeking two motivated, proactive and enthusiastic Warehouse Operators to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the warehouse. The operator will be responsible for the efficient movement of cargo in and out of the warehouse or yard, working closely with both the operations and customer service teams. The position operates on two shifts: 6:00am to 2:00pm and 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving, storing, assembling, packing and unpacking goods

Loading and unloading vehicles and/or trucks

Carrying, moving and conveying goods

Delivering goods as directed

Labelling parcels and goods accurately

Marking or stenciling of items

Assembling crates as needed
