Job summary

The Jaybro Group in Mackay is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join our team. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday with an 8am start, and you’ll work with a friendly, experienced team to keep stock moving and orders out on time.

You’ll receive, check and unload deliveries, store stock, pick and dispatch orders, and operate counterbalance and high‑reach forklifts safely. The position requires 2+ years in warehousing, a current forklift licence, and a positive, can‑do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check and unload deliveries, ensuring stock is accurate and in good condition.
• Store stock safely and accurately within the warehouse and maintain organised inventory locations.
• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain inventory records and participate in regular stock counts and stocktakes.
• Operate counterbalance & high reach forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely while loading/unloading trucks and containers.

For more than 29 years, Jaybro has been helping keep Australia and New Zealand's infrastructure and construction projects moving. As a full-service supplier, we provide the products, service and know-how that make life easier for infrastructure contractors.

And now,our team is looking for a Warehouse Operator to jump on board at our new Mackay branch.

About the Role

This is afull-time, Monday to Friday role with a 8am start, working alongside a friendly and experienced team.

As a Warehouse Operator, youll be right at the heart of our operation — making sure products arrive safely, orders get out the door on time and our customers get the great service Jaybro is known for.

No two days are exactly the same, and youll play an important role in keeping the warehouse running smoothly, safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check and unload incoming deliveries, ensuring stock is accurate and in good condition.
• Store stock safely and accurately within the warehouse and maintain organised inventory locations.
• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain inventory records and participate in regular stock counts and stocktakes.
• Operate counterbalance & high reach forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely while loading/unloading trucks and containers.

Requirements

• 2+ years previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Acurrent Forklift Licence, with experience operatingcounterbalance and high-reach forklifts.
• A strong commitment to workplace safety and safe work practices.
• Great organisation skills, reliability and apositive, can-do attitude.
• A team-first mindset and a willingness to learn, grow and contribute.
• The ability to roll up your sleeves and get things moving!
